The W Tax Group, a leading tax resolution firm, is looking for experienced associates to join our team in Southfield, MI. We specialize in helping taxpayers and businesses resolve their IRS and state tax issues by offering top-of-the-line services that address a wide range of tax problems. Our goal is to build strong relationships with our clients and the IRS to ensure that our clients receive the best representation possible.

As a Tax Consultant, you will play a critical role in our organization by fielding new calls from taxpayers and businesses that need our services. Your primary responsibility will be to identify the root of the prospect's tax problem by asking questions and listening to their responses. You will also need to qualify the prospect for one of our various services and close the transaction by collecting a submission package to forward to our Tax Resolution Staff.

To excel in this role, you should have at least two years of recent experience in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of successful sales. If you have prior experience selling tax resolution services, that would be a plus. You may be required to document your experience and provide credible work-related references.

We are only looking to hire A+ candidates who are self-motivated, driven, and dedicated to helping people get relief from their most pressing financial problems. We offer extensive training for those without tax resolution experience, so if you're eager to learn, we're eager to teach.

This is a full-time position with a six-figure earning potential through base salary, commissions, and bonuses. We understand the value of work-life balance, and our office hours are Monday - Thursday from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm and Friday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
