Job Title: Account Manager - Warranty Specialist

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

General Purpose of Job:

As an Account Manager - Warranty Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and establishing quality relationships with our existing and potential customers. Your primary responsibilities will include handling warranty claims, selling annual maintenance contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sell Annual Maintenance Contracts: Proactively engage existing customers to promote and sell annual maintenance contracts, showcasing the value and benefits of these contracts.
• Perform Roof Inspections: Meet at customer sites to perform routine inspections to fulfill maintenance agreement and assess potential damage.
• Utilize CRM Software: Effectively use the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information. Track and manage sales activities for efficient reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with various departments within the organization to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction. Timely resolution of issues should be a collaborative effort involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Meet or Exceed Monthly Sales Targets: Set and achieve monthly sales targets for maintenance contracts to contribute to the company's overall growth and success.

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pursue New Customer Leads: Actively seek out and pursue new customer leads to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
• Assist Commercial Maintenance Dispatcher: Collaborate with the commercial maintenance dispatcher to address customer issues promptly and ensure that all services promised in the service agreement are delivered.
• Follow Up on Contract Renewals: Regularly follow up with customers regarding contract renewals, both current and delinquent, to ensure continuous business and customer retention.
• Oversee Customer Service Maintenance Contracts: Maintain accurate records of customer service maintenance contracts and update them as needed to facilitate efficient service delivery.
• Support Commercial Maintenance Staff: Be available to assist commercial maintenance staff, technicians, and dispatchers, offering necessary support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction for our maintenance contract customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of the warranty and maintenance contract processes is a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
