Job Description


2nd Watch is seeking a client obsessed consulting leader to fill the role of Client Partner - Cloud Solutions Consulting. This individual will bring a wealth of business and technology consulting experience across multiple industries with an emphasis on business value across the end to end cloud journey. They will also have experience partnering with clients to deliver both business and technical outcomes across transformative initiatives leveraging one or more of 2nd Watch key cloud partners (AWS, Azure and GCP). This individual will be responsible for creating and growing strategic advisor relationships with 2nd Watch clients and position 2nd Watch as their go-to partner for their biggest technology and business transformation challenges. In this role, you will be the face of 2nd Watch to our clients and be comfortable architecting and describing the business value of 2nd Watch solutions to c-suite leadership across our client’s organization. You will also be the face of the client to our 2ndWatch capability teams, helping them tailor our solutions to bring the most business value and transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Create and refine offerings focused on helping clients quantify, shape and execute on their cloud strategy.
  • Develop account plans in coordination with 2nd Watch Sales team members.
  • Identify client needs and map them to 2ndWatch solutions. Understand client industry trends and disrupters and develop a go-to-market strategy to grow client accounts.
  • Work with 2nd Watch practice and delivery teams to ensure quality value-driven outcomes are achieved. Demonstrated experience tackling client concerns and contract challenges in delivery.
  • Understand the breadth of 2nd Watch solutions and look for expansion and cross-selling opportunities within accounts.
  • Grow relationships with key client stakeholders and decision makers and become their trusted advisor and go-to partner to address their most critical challenges.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership in the cloud solution space. Be a challenger to the client and always look for opportunities to add more value. Be a connector across our partner and client ecosystem.
  • Be comfortable in setting and delivering on profitable revenue and growth targets and being hands-on with delivery.
  • Build and lead a team of consultants

Qualifications


Must Have:

  • Bachelors degree in business or technology domain
  • 15-20 years experience working for a consulting company or technology company in a consultative client relationship role
  • Demonstrated experience leading cloud consulting and solutions development engagements
  • Effective communicator, comfortable with conveying technical value proposition messaging to C-suite leaders
  • Demonstrated experience building consensus across organizations both internally and externally
  • Demonstrated experience working with technology alliance partners for value creation for customers
  • People-first leader focused on building high-functioning teams and culture while having fun along the way
  • Desirables:
    • STEM post-graduate degree, MBA or demonstrated equivalent experience or certification
    • Industry experience in any of the following: Financial Services, Media and Entertainment, Healthcare, Logistics and Supply Chain.
