Full description of the position

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager/Business Manager whose primary responsibility is to oversee the business, personal and financial affairs of assigned clients and entities.

Responsibilities:

-Daily client activity, including requests and timely follow up on all outstanding matters
-Bookkeeping (AP/AR, cash receipt and journal entry coding, general ledger, payroll, and financial statements)
-Review bank balances and statements transferring funds as needed
-Monitor credit card activity, fraud alerts and credit score issues
-Monitor Insurance renewals and claims
-Assist with home and car purchases
-Myriad other projects, as needed

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

-3+ years of experience in Entertainment/Sports Accounting & Business Management

-Excellent English communication skills (in person, on the phone, and via email)

-Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to follow through

-Commitment to professionalism, accuracy & integrity

-Experience with Datafaction/AgilLink and QuickBooks software is a MUST

Pay: $75,446.51 - $98,566.68 per year
