Job Summary

In this position, an individual will work under limited supervision. This position requires an individual who is organized, determined, initiative-taking and committed to achieving high results. The Business Development Consultant (BDC) answer incoming calls to set service appointments and follow up with customers to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Essential Duties

• Manage high volume calls and schedule appointments in tracking system
• Ensure quality customer service through professionalism and timely responses
• Ensure that all information entered in the BDC software is consistent and accurate
• Follow up with "No Show" Customers
• Attend product training courses as directed
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license; must be insurable
• Drug and background screen
• Regular and reliable attendance

Work Environment & Physical Conditions

• Comfortable in a high paced, competitive environment
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Ability to analyze written and verbal instructions
