About us

We are fast-paced, challenging, bold and our goal is to Drive new energy storage system adoption and sales with our Free Power Backup program.

Note this is a comission only position with bonues but no base. Bonuses currently are:

  • $500,000 - 1 Year Bonus on meeting Sales Goal for 1 year
  • $250,000 - Team / Self closing of 25 High Value Sales Bonus
  • $100,000 - 25% Lead Close or high on first 40 leads
  • $50,000 - Self Closing of 5 High Value Sales
  • $25,000 - Per Sales Team Member hire who has 25%+ Lead Close Ratio

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, setting goals, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, creating reports, and identifying areas of improvement. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to think strategically.

We are going to be driving growth via our Free Power Backup (Battery Energy Storage) plans. We expecting a $5,000 to $10,000 payout per deal with uncapped commissions. This will enabled top performers with drive to potentially clear over $1 million a year!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and trends.
  • Recruit, train, and manage sales staff.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers and vendors.
  • Provide timely reports on sales performance and progress.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $250,000.00 - $950,000.00 per year
