We're looking for an team oriented, initiative driven individual to add to our Retail Banking support team!

This position reports directly to the Retail Banking Leader and encompasses all things retail. Retail banking experience is a must. Professionalism, confidentiality, strong problem solving skills and organization are all traits that will lead to success in this role. This position is responsible for coordinating retail training with the training department, enhancing retail processes/procedures as necessary with the Retail Operations team, maintaining the teller software platform and Teller Cash Recycler equipment, as well as pulling/maintaining reports as needed for the retail sales teams.

This role works closely with the Retail Banking Leader to coordinate meetings, schedule accommodation and travel needs, as well as maintain product contracts and contacts.
