Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Industrial Sales Representative to join our team at RoyPow USA. In this role, you will be responsible for selling lithium batteries to dealers in the industrial sector. This is an outside sales position that requires calling on existing and new customers, as well as visiting dealers in person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones
• Communicate order progress and address customer suggestions and complaints
• Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks
• Travel occasionally as required

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial sector

Preferred Skills:

• Mandarin/Chinese language proficiency is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
