Payplan:

$60,000 - $70,000 base salary

plus bonus

Description:

Dealer Shield is a Commercial Insurance program designed specifically for Dealerships. Based in Overland Park, KS since 2003 we serve Franchised Auto, Heavy Truck, Heavy Equipment, RV, Powersport and Boat Dealerships.

As a Dealer Shield Account Executive Producer, you will work as a commercial lines insurance consultant, helping prospects find the right insurance policy that meets their needs. Prospects will be warm inbound leads that are currently interested in purchasing an insurance policy in the Dealership space. The ideal team member will demonstrate a high level of professionalism while embracing our company culture and enjoy a competitive sales environment.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be able to adapt and overcome objections
• Thrive in a fast paced work environment
• Have strong communication skills
• Experienced in CRM platforms
• Be able to deliver a positive customer experience

Requirements:

• 2+ years of prior sales experience
• 2+ years of Commercial Account Manager
• Have a valid property & casualty insurance license
• Ability to excel with phone based OR Zoom sales
• Demonstrate professional negotiation skills to achieve goals
• Positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
