About the call center position:

Inbound Call Center Representatives are responsible to answer customer inquiries via inbound phone or email support. Assure customer satisfaction in all requests, including: order status, product specifications, engine parts look up. Provide customer service and sales for Wholesale Marine retail and commercial accounts. No Outbound Sales Calls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to use a computer
• Learn new items quickly and accurately

Hours/Information:

Schedule is Monday - Friday 9am-6pm NO NIGHTS or WEEKENDS

Salary $16.50-18 Based on Experience
