Bedding Sales Representative needed with Retail or Furniture sales experience

We need a strong sales person who enjoys working in the mattress bedding world. Work with great people in an established culture of excellence. Background in retail or furniture focused sales is a huge plus. Great base pay, benefits and commissions. We do train in our products.

Responsibilities

• Use the Factory Mattress Experience to facilitate a unique experience for our guests.
• Ask customers questions about the causes and effects of sleep deprivation.
• Provide guests with a solution based on the concerns uncovered.
• Discuss benefits using the features of the products.
• Ensure orders are written adequately and entered into sales software.
• Provide customer feedback to the leadership team.
• Stay up-to-date with new products/training services
• Generate new business by establishing promoter customers using Google Reviews.

Skills

• Work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role
• Experience engaging with customers and learning consumer behavior principles
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Flexibility to work various shifts as assigned
• High school degree
