Sales Representative

Manage and grow assigned accounts and meet sales target revenue. Know all aspect of account activities and ensure customer satisfaction. Resolve quality issues and serve customer with alternative solution to remedy the problem. Provide revenue projection and communicate management team to prepare appropriate production planning.

• Maintain and build good relationships with clients and identify key decision makers. Arrange meetings with customers.

• Support Account Manager/Sr. Sales Rep on all needed account activities that pertain to customer engagement.

• Stay up-to-date on Komico’s product and service knowledge and promote when opportunities come up.

• Manage projects including but not limited to evaluation cycle, new opportunities, and special projects.

• Work with Sales Manager to provide RFQ responses.

• Analyze current business and assist in providing management team volume projection, short-term and long-term revenue projection

• Collaborate with Sales Manager and Account Manager to provide alternative plan if sales goal is not met.

• Utilize market analysis, sales data and other information to create accurate forecasts and sales trends

• Prepare for meetings with presentation and reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

• Provide weekly customer activity reports.

• Out of state travel expected (15~20%).

• Other duties as required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Strong computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint. Previous experience with QuickBooks and CRM (SalesForce, Sugar, etc.) is a plus.

• The ability to perform multiple complex analyses simultaneously.

• The ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

• Work independently and use good judgment.

• Demonstrate pro-active attitudes, practices and behaviors for organizational goal attainment.

• Ability to coordinate activities effectively and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Complete projects and assignments in agreed upon timeframes.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

Four year college degree preferred.

Two or more years of prior inside/outside sales and/or customer service experience preferred.

• Able to navigate stairs and ladders and access confined and tight space areas

• Occasional lifting pushing and pulling of up to 50 pounds

• Occasional bending and squatting in order to reach in difficult to reach areas

• Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time

• Must be able to type, write and perform other repetitive motions for long periods of time

• Must follow all Environmental Health and Safety procedures and understand the impact of position on safety and environment.
• Must thoroughly understand consequences of failure to follow operational and EHS procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
