Hours Monday - Friday 9:30-4:30

• Operate in a high dial activity environment making outbound calls.
• Call on customers who requested a quote, verify information and transfer to one of our sales agents.
• Maintain a consistent positive attitude to succeed at proven sales company.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team using warm leads and /or the database of prospects provided.
• Manage and update all the leads in our CRM Database.
• Report daily activities in a timely manner to leadership.

• Self-Starter able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Energetic, tenacious and results driven.
• Minimum 2 years appointment setting experience.
• Basic computer skills and experience with standard office programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
• Must be located in Iowa.
