Cerapedics is a global, commercial-stage ortho-biologics company that aspires to transform the standard of care for bone repair, healing bones faster and at higher rates, without compromising safety, so that patients can live their healthiest life. Bone grafts, including Cerapedics’ products, are used in over four million annual spine, orthopedics, trauma and interventional procedures world-wide. Cerapedics’ product, i-FACTOR, is FDA PMA approved for cervical use in the United States. Cerapedics’ next-generation product is currently being evaluated in lumbar interbody fusion through ASPIRE, a pivotal FDA IDE study and has been granted a Breakthrough Device Designation by the FDA. Job Summary:


  • The Sales Operations Analyst supports functions essential to sales data and reporting. This includes but is not limited to assisting in projects related to planning, forecasting, reporting, process optimization, systems management etc. This position will report to the Director of Sales operations and works closely with the US sales leadership team to ensure appropriate objectives are aligned and properly supported.
Requirements:


Specific Functions and Responsibilities:


Provide analytics and guidance to sales leadership to assist in business planning and strategy.

  • Assist in maintaining internal database systems, including monitoring sales performance, and communicating revenue insights to field sales and executive leadership.
  • Review and communicate key performance indicators to regional sales teams.
  • Build advanced infographics and dashboards using Power-bi, PowerPoint and Javelin.
  • Maintain sales pipeline reports and lead procurement data via CRM platform.
  • Proficient in technologies that assist sales reporting including software integration, tools, aps, and data management.
  • Interacts and works closely with Finance, Contracting and customer service teams to ensure adequate data is sent to sales staff.
  • Implement strategies and the administrative processes to ensure accuracy with sales incentive payouts.
  • Collaborate with the business intelligence team to ensure efficient integration between IT platforms and the rest of the commercial data systems to provide accurate, efficient, and reliable data exchange.
  • Monitor direct sales, hybrid sales and distributor sales performance trends.

Key Goals:

  • Review key business intelligence, metrics and manage the routing of data between systems.
  • Timely delivery of prioritized initiatives.
  • Establish a supportive role within the overall sales organization.
  • Assist sales leadership with presentation preparation and executive management reporting.

Education or Formal Training Required:


Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or adjacent fields.

Qualifications Required: (knowledge, skills, abilities, initiative, judgment, etc.)

  • 2+ years working specifically in a “sales operations” or “financial reporting” and/or equivalent “technology” role.
  • 3+ years working in sales in the medical space; with a preference for experience in the spine/neuro or orthopedics markets.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency, especially in MS Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts, etc.) creating reports and databases.
  • Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
