Position Overview: Inside Sales Representative
As an Inside Sales Representative at Extruflex North America, you will be a key player in our sales team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and presenting suitable solutions to drive sales growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer expert guidance to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Sales Generation: Identify new business opportunities, follow up on leads, and conduct sales presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our products. Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's overall growth.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, understand their unique requirements, and anticipate their needs. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the external sales team, marketing, and customer support departments to coordinate efforts and achieve collective goals.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product features, and applications to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.
- Order Processing: Accurately process orders and ensure timely delivery of products while coordinating with internal logistics and operations teams.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a related field, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a persuasive and solution-oriented approach to sales.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while also being a team player.
- Knowledge of industrial products, materials, or related technical fields will be advantageous.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
