Responsibilities

· Listing products on E-Commerce Platforms (Amazon, etc.)

· Weekly and monthly sales performance report

· Data analysis

· Using Amazon data to recommend ads adjustment, promotion and new item creation

· Using various marketing skills to improve sales

· Developing Amazon account growth plans

· Social media marketing to help drive e-commerce sales

· Continually seek to improve the online and interactive experiences by researching and staying on top of new and innovative solutions and capabilities, key competitor actions, industry trends and emerging consumer and market needs

· Working within a cross functional team including creative, product development, and operations

· Brand Development

· Identify Target Customers

· Set Clear Objectives

· Visual Design and Web Development Strategy

· Solid Content Strategy

· Promotion Strategy

· Engagement Strategy

· Conversion Strategy

Qualifications and Experience

• Excellent English copywriting skills.
• Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of Search and Social.
• Proficient in Data collection and analysis.
• Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of e-commerce.
• Strong track record in E-Commerce business analysis, required Amazon, as well as other e-commerce platforms.
• Experience managing Amazon as seller account.
• Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media.
• Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
• Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
• Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.), and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
• Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
• Excellent time management skills
• Is a team player with the confidence to guide other employees when necessary. (ie: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).
• 3+ years Amazon operation experience REQUIRED.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and photography PREFERRED.
• 3+ years of eCommerce / web content management experience PREFERRED.
• 2+ years social media marketing experience PREFERRED.
• 2+ years SEO experience PREFERRED.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
