We are seeking an Agency Account Manager to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Position: Insurance Account Manager

Location: Wichita, Kansas

Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Office

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs and providing suitable coverage solutions.

Conduct comprehensive insurance policy reviews for clients, ensuring their coverage remains up-to-date and meets their evolving needs.

Prepare and present insurance quotes, explaining policy details and options to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Process policy changes, file claims, and provide exceptional customer service

Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and insurance regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

Requirements:

Valid Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License in the state of Kansas

Proven track record in insurance sales or account management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Proficient computer skills and familiarity with insurance software systems
