THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is a Full-Time position M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm. In-office at our Mesa, AZ Headquarters.
Our most successful BDRs are highly motivated to set and achieve goals. They roll up their sleeves and work diligently to achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They are collaborative, productive team players that problem-solve effectively and have fun working together to make an impact.
THE PERFECT FIT:
- 1-4 years professional experience
- Strong desire to learn and advance in a sales career; embraces coaching and other opportunities to develop

- Long-Term - We’re not looking for someone who’s half-invested. Our team is growing FAST and we want you to grow with us. The right candidate will be looking to contribute for the long haul.
THE DAY TO DAY:
- Work closely and collaboratively with Partner Solutions Coordinators/Leadership to develop and implement appropriate prospect plans
- Use research tools to identify and source key decision-makers
- Engage prospects by phone (cold calling), email, text, and other applicable channels
- Conduct high volume prospecting for qualified leads (100-200 outbound calls per day)
- Execute on outbound prospecting techniques to consistently hit monthly goals
- Educate prospects about ER2’s products and generate interest
- Provide introductions up to running 1st prospect meetings
- Schedule meetings/demos with prospects to increase the sales pipeline
- Schedule virtual and onsite meetings/demonstrations for client Field Sales Representative
- Work collaboratively with your team to continually improve individually and collectively, and achieve optimal results for your customer
- Leverage data and analysis to drive daily and weekly strategy
- Actively participate in team meetings, sales huddles and trainings
THE VITALS:
- 1+ years’ experience [or relevant internship] in a customer-facing sales role
- Persistence to achieve a high volume of outbound activity each day while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude
- A willingness to implement feedback and coaching to improve conversion rates
- The ability to multi-task while working in fast-paced environment
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintaining a high-volume pace
- Intense motivation and creativity to successfully reach prospects and create meetings
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Google applications, LinkedIn, and Zoom Info
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- The ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects as needed 50+ lbs.
- Ability to work and look at a computer screen for extended hours per day.
- Ability to sit and/or stand for consecutive hours.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must complete drug screen upon hire.
- Must pass background screening. "Pass" for us, is defined as no theft related felony within the past 7 years.
- The ability to speak/read English fluently
COMPENSATION:
- $50k Starting salary
- Commission opportunities (points of commission split with Partner Solutions Coordinator(s) based on level of involvement with prospect and closed deal)
