The Job:

The Sales/Office Specialist is one of the first people that a customer of The Glass Man interacts with, which sets the standard for what they will expect moving forward. The Sales/Office Specialist is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience that leads to the repeat purchase of the services we offer.

Primary duties include:

-Support our team culture; build relationships that last and cultivate a sense
of pride in the work produced; EMBRACE The Glass Man Team
experience.

-Communication; Deliver exceptional customer service to our high-end clientele through email, text, and phone correspondence.

-Estimation and Sales; building quotes and closing pending quotes; handling Objections.
-Scheduling; ensuring all technicians have full schedules, at least 2 weeks in advance, and handling Objections.
-Daily updates to all required administrative tracking systems and CRM
-Daily use of our tech stack: Jobber, Slack, Ringcentral, Google Suite (Specifically Sheets), and more.

Requirements:

• Working hours are 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday ~ 40 hours per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,296.54 - $51,255.65 per year
