Full description of the position

26 North Charter Broker will be involved with various tasks to help match customers with desired yacht based on criteria provided by the customer. Additionally, broker will be expected to have ongoing knowledge of charter vessels located worldwide and industry related news and regulations.

Charter broker will be responsible for building out his/her database to facilitate future growth in addition to managing leads provided by 26 North. This is an ongoing relationship designed to build the best charter fleet in the industry focused exclusively on “term” charters worldwide.

Charter Broker will be responsible but not limited to the following.

• Placing customers with charter yacht available
• Managing customer expectations
• Being familiar with charter market from all aspects
• Attend necessary industry trade shows
• Communicating with 26 North marketing team
• Cooperating with 26 North Sales team to help facilitate future charter and yacht sales
• Placing customer with approvate vessels staffed with professional crew as desired
• Working with 26 North Concierge as needed for all travel bookings as needed
• Managing agreements as required
• Being current on all charter regulations and agreements where applicable
• Managing customer experience before, during and after charter
• Promoting the 26 North brand in a positive light with enthusiasm!
• Manage customers and leads in 26 North CRM system
• Working with 26 North internal staff on facilitating transactions
• Managing, collecting all necessary charter fees and API’s as required
• Familiar with crew on yachts available for charter
• Focus on booking in-house charter alongside Charter Manager

Compensation: Charter Broker will be a 1099 Independent Contractor

26 North Charter Broker will be provided a company phone number/phone to conduct 26 North Charter with in addition ema address, internal access to network, CRM, MLS and more.

*26 North and the named broker agree to a future role to oversee and hire additional charter brokers when needed with revenue sharing on additional charter broker earnings.
