Our team of high-achieving field sales representatives and install teams complete roofing projects for homeowners who have experienced an insurance-related loss. These insurance losses require estimates to be generated and approved by insurance adjusters in order to effectively perform roofing work and finalize the project. The Claims Coordinator is responsible for coordinating claims between Premier Roofing and insurance.

Former or current adjusters are strongly encouraged to apply, as well as those with inside Sales experience!

This is an in-office/remote position and does not involve field work.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Reviewing Scopes of work and photos generated by field personnel
• Creating estimates using Xactimate estimating software
• Understanding the insurance loss claim process and ability to read insurance estimates
• Ongoing engagement with insurance carriers/adjusters discussing estimates/photos/production documents, seeking insurance claim approval, and negotiating to reach and agreed upon final pricing
• Cross-departmental communication to ensure roofing projects move efficiently through the production workflow
• Supporting cross functional teams in handling billing related questions, issues, or disputes
• Ability to meet fast turnaround times to ensure production timelines and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Negotiating skills are a MUST.
• Strong self-motivation and organizational skills
• A go-getter/money motivated mentality with quick decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of construction/roofing and estimating software (Xactimate) is a plus
• Basic Math (ability to calculate quantities and pricing quickly)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Understanding of insurance claims adjusting,roofing industry, estimating/Xactimate is preferred but not required

• Must be approachable, flexible, and responsive to a variety of people and issues.
• Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure.
• Must be able to service high volume of claims
• Requires public contact and excellent interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $50,000.00 yearly salary + eligibility for performance based commission payouts bi-weekly and annually
