These people need our help to find the best solution to get them out of the deep hole they're in. The IRS is hiring thousands of new tax workers to start auditing the people of America, so there is an endless amount of clients out there waiting for your helping hand.

Monday through Friday only! No Saturday shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Inbound Calls - Quality calls via in-house marketing *NO COLD CALLING!*
• Contact prospects and field new calls from those seeking our services
• Phase 1: Retain client so we can perform a tax investigation.
• Phase 2: Present our tax resolution plan of action to the client and collect the fee for our services
• This is an entirely phone-based position; no face-to-face contact required

What we are looking for:

• Sales experience (1 year) is preferred but not required
• Experience working in the following industries could be a plus: mortgage, real estate, debt settlement, collections, car sales, and/or personal finance
• Outstanding telephone communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Superior time management
• Impeccable multi-tasking abilities

Compensation:

• Highly competitive starting compensation during training
• Earn commissions of $15,000+ month Top Performers
• Average Performer will make $7500 per month

• Commission is 15% of all revenue brought in

• $17.00 Hourly Base

Who You Are:

• Speaks with a strong and clear phone voice (vocabulary and grammar included)
• Smoothly, handles multiple tasks at one time
• Exercises patience and compassion on the phone, regardless of caller demographic/identity
• General experience with Word, Excel, and Sales CRM software
• Willing to work in our office with other colleagues
