Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and industries
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns
- 150 plus outbound phone calls per day
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of market trends and industry insights
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,323.00 - $77,638.00 per year
