McMinnville Insurance is a proud woman-owned and operated small business based in McMinnville Oregon. We are a branch of JMI Insurance that is based in Beaverton, Oregon, and has been in operation for over 30 years, est. 1991. We are an insurance broker agency that works with many A-Rated insurance companies to provide both personal home and auto insurance as well as commercial insurance, whether that be agricultural insurance, small business insurance, or otherwise.

We are looking for the next member of our close-knit team to join McMinnville Insurance. This new hire would be for our Commercial Insurance department to manage our commercial insurance client base. We hope to find someone with 1-5 years of commercial insurance experience, preferably with a current Property & Casualty Insurance License. We are offering both part and full-time positions. We do use a customer management system, but we are happy to train our new hires on how the system operates. Additionally, there is an opportunity for the same commercial insurance manager position in our home office in Beaverton, OR, please inquire for more details.

Pay: $45,765.00 - $60,828.00 per year
