Sales Compensation Sr. Analyst, EverCommerce - REMOTE US/CAN

[please apply online] We are looking for a Sales Compensation Sr. Analyst who will evaluate, design, and administer sales compensation programs that align with company objectives for recruiting, retention and employee engagement. You will play a key role in developing and supporting best in class incentive programs that are motivating, metrics driven, and aligns compensation with EverCommerce’s strategic vision. You enjoy creatively developing data driven solutions and are comfortable having executive level visibility.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the centralization of sales compensation project for EverCommerce, working directly with business leaders, SVP of Total Rewards, and Director of Compensation
  • Design and implement sales compensation plans, policies, and processes to be used across EverCommerce
  • Once centralization is complete:
  • Administer the monthly/quarterly/annual calculations and payments of sales incentive compensation
  • Act as the main point of contact for all sales incentive compensation related questions
  • Distribute sales compensation plans to all new hires
  • Support external audit firm on commission related matters

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
  • 4+ years of Sales Compensation experience (designing incentive compensation plans) and Compensation related experience working in a fast-paced, business environment
  • Relation building and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Detail oriented with robust analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Workday experience is a plus

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $88,000 to $95,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
