Full description of the position

Receives, evaluates, and answers customer inquiries via telephone, email & live chat. Processes orders, product returns and resolves any customer issue regarding their orders.

The individual in this position:

  • Processes customer orders and related transactions
  • Handles customer inquiries via phone, mail, e-mail, or online and notifying the supervisor of issues
  • Summarizes customer interactions and handles customer follow-up
  • Positively impacts BSA customers with accurate information and a great attitude.

Qualifications/ Experience:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment. Previous live chat experience is a plus.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
  • Demonstrated strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills
  • Strong written communication skills, including keyboard typing skills 50+ words and 10 key typing
  • Ability to manage and solve customer problems effectively and efficiently
  • Positive and outgoing attitude
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule
  • Experience in retail sales/service preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year

  • Customer Service Call Center: 2 years (Required)
  • Retail sales: 2 years (Preferred)
