Jamie White Real Estate is seeking a Salesperson for immediate consideration and hire. The Salesperson position is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to begin or to jump start a career in real estate sales. Jamie White has been selling Real Estate in the Charlottesville community since 2012, and since forming his own brokerage firm in 2018, Jamie and his agents have successfully closed more than 750 sales. The Salesperson will be joining a growing team of dynamic real estate professionals who are passionate about helping people through one of the biggest moments of their lives.

The Salesperson shall provide guidance to assist buyers in purchasing property. The Salesperson will respond promptly to incoming inquiries from new leads and follow up with pre-qualified leads who have contacted us about buying or selling real estate. The Salesperson will be responsible for scheduling and attending property showings, hosting an open house on Sunday, and providing additional support to the team as needed.

The Salesperson position is a commission position.

The Salesperson position is a long-term career opportunity for an ambitious sales agent to earn steady income while learning high-level marketing and sales ability. This position requires a Virginia Real Estate license. Candidates who are in the process of getting licensed or are willing to start the licensure process immediately will be considered; however, they cannot start work until the license is obtained. A driver’s license and vehicle are required.

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Charlottesville, VA 22902: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
