Full description of the position

We are looking for a competitive insurance agent to generate new business by contacting potential customers. You will sell, solicit, differentiate and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of your assigned or prospective customers’ portfolio. We have competitive compensation plans that are offered and come with exclusive free leads that are only assigned to you. We have contracts with all of the top insurance carriers in the industry.

Responsibilities

• See all your assigned clients each week
• Evaluate their insurance needs provide them with with best plain available to them
• Monitor and follow up with your clients if an issue comes up

Skills

• No prior sales experienced needed

• Basic computer skills
• Proven ability to work with goals
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
• Ability to work hard every day
• Have a willingness to learn and conform to a proven system
• Ability to easily talk with anyone and hold a conversation

Compensation

• New hires range from $40,000 to $120,000 in first 12 months, depending on performance
• Competitive contracts

Leads * Free, exclusive leads assigned each week

• No weekly or monthly cost
• No paying for leads prior to receiving. You must be licensed life and/or health agent with your resident state to solicit insurance policies. If you are not licensed, we can provide some training and assistance to get you licensed. You do not have to be licensed to apply. No prior sales experienced needed.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
