Phoenix Renewable Services (“Phoenix” or “PRS”) is a true turnkey Operations and Maintenance (“O&M”) specialist for distributed renewable energy assets. Phoenix’s services include preventative and corrective maintenance, performance monitoring/ DAS analysis and reporting, engineering, installation and retrofitting, deep module cleaning and vegetation control. Headquartered in San Diego, Phoenix services over 400 megawatts of commercial, federal/ municipal, and utility-scale solar and energy storage sites throughout Arizona, California, New Mexico, Nevada, and Texas.

Job Scope – Sales Director

The Sales Director will be responsible for increasing sales, marketing/ branding presence within the company’s existing service territories. The candidate will extend the company’s comprehensive full-wrap O&M contracts for all commercial/ industrial, fleet (corporate customers) and third-party asset owners.

The successful candidate will be a drive, self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting. The candidate must be adaptable and resilient while always maintaining a confident, professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry experience in solar or an energy-related field
• Successfully demonstrated inside or outside sales development success
• Travel as necessary (i.e., sales meetings, conference and trade shows)
• Business to Business sales experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with customer centric mindset
• Proficient in a fast-paced environment, time-management and tactical methodology
• Bachelor’s degree

Pay: $75,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
