Cleveland Ford, a Hudson Automotive Company, is now hiring for a Full-time Business Development Coordinators (BDC) in our Service Department.

Automotive industry experience is not a requirement. We have an exceptional training program. Prior phone customer service/sales, retail sales, or hospitality experience translate well for this role.

What you’ll do

  • Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments.
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
  • Handle inbound and outbound service calls with proven pre-set scripts and schedule service appointments
  • Respond to customer web-based requests
  • Work in conjunction with the BDC, Service and Parts Managers, service advisors to create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
  • Assist with other duties as assigned
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
