Full description of the position

POSITION SUMMARY
Azon Medical is looking for a motivated individual early in their sales career to join our team! The Sales Assistant will provide support directly to customers by tracking and moving open work cycles to the next stages. In this role, the Sales Assistant will contribute to the achievement of sales targets by directly assisting Azon Medical’s Sales Representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining positive customer relationships with current clients and new prospects.


PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
  • Assisting the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting prospects to arrange appointments
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Track open work cycles
  • Assist customers with paperwork completion, troubleshooting, and any other issues that may arise
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages
  • Occasionally assisting with trade shows, events, conferences, etc.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem solving skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience supporting a sales department, preferred

  • Experience working in a professional environment

  • Proficient in G-Suite and/or MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to sit full-time onsite in our offices in Clearwater, FL.

  • Travel up to 25%, occasional weekend travel as necessary

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
