Full description of the position

The Service BDC is responsible for making service appointments for customers and is the frontline of communication in a customer's service experience. Some of the daily activities include rescheduling no-show customer appointments, answering customers phone calls and questions, giving updates on vehicle status, coordinating customer pick up and delivery and some paperwork filing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $37,000.00 per year
