I am the #1 Aflac Agent in North Texas. We have more prospects than we can handle and are looking for an experienced and motivated Insurance Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, we will set your phone appointments and you will be responsible for closing sales and following up with customers. Responsibilities:

• Be prompt when calling prospects at the appointment time
• Contact potential customers through phone and email
• Present our insurance products and services to potential customers and answer any questions they may have
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement sales strategies

Requirements:

• Health and Life License
• Proven experience as an inside sales representative or in a related role
• Knowledge of insurance products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $78,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
