Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Job Description: This Outside Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling a variety of electrical components to customers in the designated territory inwhich he/she is located. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of electrical components and a proven track record of sales experience is preferred. The role requires strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship building skills, as well as the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

What We're Looking For: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our electrical components and solutions to customers in and around the Cleveland, OH area. You will be the face of our company in the Cleveland market; building relationships with customers in this market and providing them with the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell electrical components and solutions to customers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
• Meet and exceed sales quotas/targets
• Provide excellent customer service
• Present thorough communication and sales-strategy skills
• Consistently conduct in-person sales visits and presentations to potential prospects
• Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of electrical components (required)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• High School diploma or a Bachelor's Degree from a Univeristy/College or higher a requirement
• Reliable form of transportation and a clean driving record
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work remotely with accessible and efficient wifi at home or remote working location
• Usable computer or laptop
• Livng in the Cleveland, OH area
• Willingness to routinely make in-person client visits and sales to potential prospects
• Knowledge or working experience in the electrical components, medical, industrial, engineering, or military industries is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
