POSITION REQUIREMENTS – ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and service solutions
• Answering telephone and checking emails entering sales orders.
• Following up on deliveries to ensure product arrived on time with all items accounted for.
• Provide quotations and sales orders to qualified prospects and existing customers
• Develops industry relationships to expand company’s presents.
• Addressing and resolving service concerns or contact appropriate sales person.
• Complete required daily administrative duties and sales reporting duties and add and update items in internal company database.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Assess collected information to develop customized proposals while highlighting the benefits and features of products
• Adhere to all applicable safety practices.
• Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices.
• Attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people's information.
• Promote and exhibit Company culture and values.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

· High School Diploma

· 2 -3 years of inside sales experience. Service industry preferred.

· Strong initiative, follow-up, desire to succeed and a sense of urgency

· Strong math and data entry skills

· Microsoft Office (strong emphasis in Word & Excel)

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment

· Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to negotiate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
