Winslow BMW is seeking a BMW Genius. The BMW Genius is responsible for delivering comprehensive product information throughout the sales and after sales processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet clients in the sales and service departments and introduce BMW Genius services
• Explain product information, the benefits of vehicle features, and product performance to sales and service clients
• Ask clients probing questions about potential problems and vehicle needs
• Perform test drives and vehicle delivery
• Utilize app and web-based systems to help aid the sales process
• Demonstrate a passion for the BMW brand and our products
• Communicate client appointments, vehicle deliveries, and scheduling changes with sales personnel
• Stay up to date on competitors' vehicle features and benefits
• Inform clients, sales, and service teams of new products, features, accessories, etc.
• Follow up with new owners to ensure satisfaction with their delivery process
• Accomplish goals and deadlines that support the delivery of vehicles, customer handling, and business growth

Desired Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous BMW Genius experience is preferred
• Willingness to increase knowledge to ensure client satisfaction
• Dedication to customer satisfaction, accomplishing results, and getting details right
• Display professionalism and integrity
• Ability to adapt well to change, maintain composure, resolve conflicts and multi-task
• Proficient with computer usage and tablet applications, completing forms, and learning new procedures
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Must possess a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
