Valley Truck Centers is looking for experienced Parts Counter Salespersons for our Cleveland, OH location. Prior industry and/or parts sales experience is a must. CDK experience preferred. Ford medium-duty experience preferred.

* $2,000 signing bonus - inquire with Parts Manager *

This position is m-f with a Saturday rotation

Job Responsibilities

• Sale of parts to customers over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
• Participate in maintaining a lost sales tracking program
• Customer focus, with a friendly attitude
• Participate in all training programs that are made available
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Basic computer skills
• Keep current on new products and product updates

Additional duties include but are not limited to;

• Building, maintaining and tracking inventory
• Assisting the service department with billing and repair orders
• Assist in building and maintaining outside customer network
• Work directly with technicians to meet all parts department needs
