Join our Services_AME team within Services division in United States as Manager, Nuclear Sales to help us take our business to the next level.
In this role you will be accountable for:
- Makes joint sales calls with sales rep, develops sales rep through mentoring and coaching
- Manages application of sales policies in field
- Reviews field information and analyzes market trends to develop long range plans
- Negotiates major project tenders within specified delegation of authority
- Manages regional organization and policies for effective attainment of objectives
- Establishes and manages annual sales and expense budgets
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Develops additions or revisions to company sales policies
- Attends trade shows, customer events, and other opportunities to promote Sulzer brand image
- Selects and prices pumps for tenders
- Reviews new product information from product development
- Reviews product manual information prior to release
- Supports, cooperates with, and participates in company-wide LEAN and EHS Management System which includes following all safety, health and environmental policies and procedures. Supports and cooperates in company-wide Quality Management effort.
- Adheres to company and department policies, procedures, and standards
- Performs other duties as necessary
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent education and experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proven experience in the establishment of a team environment
- Knowledge of pump and rotating equipment acquired through 5 or more years experience in the pump industry
- 3 or more years of nuclear experience
- The ability to define problems, collect applicable data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Good computers skills (word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software)
