Sales and Account Management

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, self-motivated, and professional person who will excel in building our Dealer Network and solidify this relationship in person with our prospects and customers. This position is full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00.

We are a growing eco-friendly agricultural manufacturing company. We manufacture watering fountains for horses, cows, sheep, goat, llama, alpaca, and other livestock. We offer a great, low stress working environment, are fun to work with, and have been in business for more than 40 years.

Duties / Expectations

We are a small company. As such this position affords the opportunity to interact with many different facets of the business. The exact duties and responsibilities will fluctuate depending on many factors including if it’s our busy season, what horse shows we are attending currently and in the future, our advertising goals and objectives, etc. Below highlights the major components of this position. Additional duties may arise and be assigned as needed.

Dealer Onboarding and Account Management

We have a network of dealers that we support. This role will include working with those interested in becoming dealers to get them setup as well as strategizing on how to develop more interest and leads.

This position will also service a number of our existing dealers as assigned.

Horse / Ag / Farm shows

There will be the opportunity to represent our company at horse, farm, and agricultural shows. This will involve travel overnight and out of state. All travel expenses will be paid by the company.

Sales and Customer Service

This is one of the most direct and important connections we have with our potential customers. We have a huge library of content online, when folks call us, it is often an opportunity for us to have a positive impact on their fact finding journey and purchasing decision.

This role will also include helping current customers troubleshoot any questions they may have.

Marketing

Background and exposure to marketing and basic marketing concepts is preferred. Understanding of and adherence to basic marketing concepts as they relate to expanding our sales network.

Computer Literacy

This position involves lots of computer work using a wide suite of software products that we all use to work with each other. Strong computer skills are mandatory.
