Full description of the position

We are currently seeking to hire a Territory Sales and Custom Publishing Administrator - to join our team! You will be responsible for this hybrid-role within our Corporate Headquarters region in working with the Publisher and Inside sales team to drive revenues as we grow our media offerings within our current markets in the Tristate and Southwest Ohio (Cincy, NKY, Dayton), and for the Custom Publishing efforts to build into new communities.

Responsibilities:

Territory Sales Administrator (Cincy, NKY, Dayton) role includes:

  • Coordinate with the Publisher and Inside sales team for daily activities
  • Work hand-in-hand with Admin Profit Center Manager and CEO and with the sales efforts with Publishers in their territories
  • Monitor goals for Publishers and Inside sales team and projects
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement while managing weekly in office sales meeting in Cincinnati
  • Assist CEO with Publishers training and in-processing according to our Publishers Handbook, annotate changes as required
  • Assist CEO with remedial training and counseling activities with Publishers and Inside sales team
  • Assist with recruiting and hiring of new Publishers within territory
  • Track results, monitor monthly, and quarterly goals for business forecasting
  • Report on team and individual performance in proactive daily communication with CEO
  • Manage accounts within territory within our CRM, working with Publishers, Inside Sales and Admin Profit Center Manager
  • Generate reports with QuickBooks, make changes to bookings as necessary
  • Manage business generation lists with Publishers within CRM
  • Monitor bad debts, make outbound efforts to clients as necessary
  • Manage all sales materials required for Publishers, and business generation efforts
  • Liaison with Publishers, Event Coordinator, and Admin Profit Center Manager to ensure event and digital operations on track per advertising timelines and sponsor needs, confirm voting program schedules
  • Assist with sales material creative assistance as needed

Custom Publishing Administrator role includes:

  • Manage and monitor business generation and planning with Custom Publishing to enable Publishers to build out more proposals, identify new opportunities for Publishers
  • Work with printers and other service providers to clarify costs and distribution for Custom Publications, maintain profit & loss reports for each
  • Coordinate with other Profit Center heads in project management for Custom Publications
  • Act as liaison with Publishers and clients and run work start meetings over Zoom for Custom Publications
  • Monitor government solicitation portals and identify opportunities to President

Other Requirements

  • Report directly to Admin Profit Center Head, work often with CEO
  • Coordinate weekly Publisher round tables, and semi- annual Publisher conferences
  • Participate in company events

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales admin, community media, and printing
  • Experience as administrator or manager
  • Work with InDesign, Salesforce, Quickbooks, Bookkeeping a plus

Compensation:

  • $36,000 salary plus monthly bonus set upon cash in for territory, and hitting targets of profits of custom publishing
  • Expect minimum of 15% growth total compensation annually

Pay: $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
