We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the Customer Service + Sales Coordinator role. This role will support customers and the inside sales team.
Who We Are Looking For
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the Customer Service + Sales Coordinator role. This role will use specialized skills and experience to provide professional customer service support, as well as direct support to the sales team.
What You Will Work On
You will interact with our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and generally providing an outstanding level of customer support. You will also work directly with our sales team to provide support by completing orders and preparation of sales collateral as needed.
Responsibilities Include:
- Interacting with customers via telephone, email, social media messaging, or in person to provide support and information.
- Ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.
- Maintaining records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints or comments.
- Use knowledge of specific product, process or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.
- Manage incoming orders from wholesalers.
- Order entry
- Communicating with the Billing and Manufacturing departments to ensure smooth order processing.
- Provide Sales team support through ordering and preparation of sales collateral.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Who You Will Work With
You will work with other members of the Customer Experience team as well as the Sales, Billing, and Manufacturing teams.

- Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.) with the ability to learn new software.
- Highly organized.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Positive energy and genuine care for customer/patient outcomes
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma required
- 1 year or more customer service experience
- Previous experience with CRMs, such as Hubspot preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
