Essential Functions:

  • Actively hunt, recruit and convert potential NuFACE Professional accounts in an assigned geography
  • Drive sales of NuFACE products for assigned Professional accounts
  • Maintain a sense of urgency with a customer-centric focus.
  • Educate, promote, and sell NuFACE products to skincare professionals and consumers
  • Initiate, respond, and support front-line communication to customers via phone and email including generating quotes and processing orders, communicating expectations to customers on shipments
  • Provide sales support as needed to Account Managers
  • Ensure timely follow up on all sales leads by managing order entry and executing the entire sales process
  • Maintain organized and detailed territory records in the Company’s CRM system as it relates to accounts / orders
  • Enter orders and assist in processing returns
  • Communicate successes and opportunities to management, create reports as needed
  • Assist in supporting trade-shows and retail events
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Adhere to the Company’s quality policies and regulatory requirements
  • Host virtual trainings
  • Spearhead the new Pro-portal digital site
  • Proactively look for opportunities where improvements can be made and help implement
  • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned by management

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Successful track record of inside sales
  • Skincare knowledge and/or aesthetician license a plus
  • 2+ years in a customer service environment preferably working with skincare professionals
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Must be detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and [please apply online] attitude, honesty, and a team player mentality
  • Ability to work under pressure and against deadlines
  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient

Salary:
$48,000 - $58,000 Annually
