Alpha Advantage is one of the fastest growing wellness clinics in the country.

We are looking for someone wanting to join a fast paced team and help take Alpha Advantage to the next level.

We are seeking a administrative phone specialist to join our corporate team. Prior calling appointment setting experience is a plus.

Representative job duties include:

• · Call patients/leads and schedule appointments
• · Message with clients ;
• · Make over 150 phone calls a day
• ·Hit appointment setting quotas
• Accurately records appointment changes, correctly categorizing them as cancellation, rescheduled, no-show, etc., and notes reason in EMR.
• Calls No Show appointments to reschedule.
• Ensures that scheduled patient appointments are confirmed in advance, per established guidelines regarding confirmation method, timing and frequency.
• Outgoing Calls – making outgoing calls to numbers provided lists (people who express interest through websites, email, direct mail coupons or other approved marketing programs).
