AllaraCare is looking for a passionate go-getter to join our growing sales team as an Account Executive! With leadership from the Director of Sales & Client Service, you will work directly with brokers, trusted advisors, and other influencers in order to prospect and sell new business. As part of our go-to-market strategy, you will also work directly with employers, as appropriate. This is a hunter role, and as an Account Executive you will also remain the main point of contact for existing clients that you sell (and triage/delegate as appropriate). As a successful Account Executive, you must be proactive in discovering and addressing clients’ needs through excellent communication, relationship building and care.
This position is fully remote. Travel will be required as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and facilitate meetings with prospective clients/employers (and their brokers, as appropriate) throughout the sales process
- Pipeline management and fulfillment; identify areas for growth/expansion
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with health benefits brokers/advisors
- Networking with trusted advisors (CPA’s, CFP’s, Lawyers, etc.) to build partnerships and be the healthcare benefits industry expert and resource they need for their clients
- Organize and facilitate meetings with existing clients to ensure excellent customer service and identify additional opportunities for the company to provide AllaraCare solutions
- Utilize and maintain CRM (HubSpot) for all sales activity

Requirements / Selection Criteria:
- 5+ years of healthcare benefits experience (preferably with experience in self-funded solutions in the large group market)
- A successful track record of exceeding sales goals
- 3+ years of experience selling into employer clients (with and without brokers)
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong ability to overcome objections, solve client/prospect issues, and make decisions in the best interest of both the client/prospect and AllaraCare as appropriate
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and time management skills
- Familiarity with the Google Suite and virtual meeting technology (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
- Health Producer License in Massachusetts (resident state) and ability to obtain reciprocal non-resident licenses in other states as needed
- Residence in Massachusetts or a bordering state is preferred so can participate in person for quarterly meetings and team gatherings

Pay: $130,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
