About the Role

CROFT & FROST is looking for an Executive Assistant to assist our sales Director. This position is required to work 25-35 hours per week. This position is a hybrid role- 75% in office 25% remote.

Duties

• Organize and schedule meetings through Zoom, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
• Manage emails for self and Sales Director
• Manage HubSpot
• Process payments for clients
• Assist Sales Director with following up with clients
• Create Excel Spreadsheet to track sales
• Communicate internally and externally to support client services and operations
• Ensure that team is organized and hours are reported correctly
• Any additional tasks asked by the Sales Director

Job Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively verbally, in written form, and electronically
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to prioritize sensitive matters
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Willing to learn about the Public Accounting Industry
