Knowledge and skill requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service and sales experience preferred
• Construction or roofing experience NOT required
• Self-motivated team player who actively listens and learns quickly
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to carry 40lbs or more
• Ability to climb and walk on a roof
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• H.S. diploma or equivalent

Primary responsibilities

• Prospect roofing clients via canvassing, referrals, professional networking and company leads
• Execute roof inspections and thoroughly review roof assessments with each client
• Provide an excellent customer service experience for our clients, focusing on education and proactive communication
• Use our CRM to work transparently, cooperatively, and consistently with fellow members of the Sentri team
• Attend weekly meetings for professional development and product training
• Complete our paid training program - "Fast Track to First Contract"
• Emulate the values of Sentri Roofing at all times
• Abide by the Sentri standard operating procedures and policies
