Calling all Travel loving Sales Managers who are Mechanically inclined! Bucci Industries is partnering with PeopleLift as we expand our hiring needs. We are seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manger to promote, lead the sale and demonstrate our newest innovative technological tools for machine automation to the nations manufacturers! Our Sales Managers can be expected to travel to various manufacturers within the northwest region, demonstrate and promote our latest tools and automations on various types of machinery.

Schedule: Monday-Friday weekends as needed

Pay: $60-$65K+DOE plus Commission per unit sold!

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Travel to a variety of machine shops promoting our innovative machining tools.

• Travel within your region including midwestern sector; Wisconsin, Minnesota, North and South Dakota and Texas and others as deemed fit

• Ability to manage and develop offers

• Ability to communicate with customers in three major sectors: Industrial Automation, Machining Technologies and Manufacturing Processes.

• Performs demos of product for potential customers

• Responsible for key accounts of clients in the medical and dental field, prosthetic and implant manufacturers.

• Responsible for all projects developed by IEMCA partners (manufacturers or turn representatives) in North America.

• The prospect of new business.

• Managing and developing offers

• Manage events for IEMCA brand publicity: fairs, local and Italian Open House, partner events, technical talks, webinars and etc.

• Develop North American market presentations and reports: sales consolidation, strategies, cost analysis and sales forecasts.

• Develop partnerships with educational institutions

Requirements:

• You are a professional with engineering training: Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Control and Automation, Production or similar

• Ability to travel nationally and international

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2 years combined experience in Machine operation or machine maintenance.

• Requires experience in use set up machines

• Great communication and documentation skills

• You have advanced knowledge of English and Spanish is a bonus.
