We are looking for an energetic, empathetic, and adaptable person on our front desk (Client Experience Specialist) who can help us grow the revenue of our clinic by retaining the clients that we have.

We are a small, but fast growing company in the cash-based physical therapy world located in the heart of Denver, Colorado. We are ready to grow our current clinic and then scale it to multiple clinic locations in the Denver/Metro area (that’s why we need you). We are completely out of network with all insurance companies allowing us to provide top notch care and a world class experience for our clients.

We are on a mission to help people stay away from surgeries and pills using our unique, specialized approach that is natural and holistic. We focus on providing each person with a customized experience so they can age happily without pain and get the most out of life doing the things they love.

What You'll Do:

• Be the "friendly face" at the front who makes our clients feel comfortable once they enter our doors
• Meticulously follow the company's inside client journey/retaining process
• Provide a world class waiting room environment/experience for our clients
• “WOW” our clients - literally get them to feel or say "WOW!"
• Create lifelong relationships and raving fans of The Physio Revolution
• Anticipate clients needs
• Film client's success stories
• Be proactive in getting Google reviews
• Execute and complete all front desk admin activities
• Generate “word of mouth” referrals due to you being pro-active with our current clients in the doors to drive referrals from their families, friends, or co-workers
• Scheduling visits & preventing cancels and no shows
• Handle all phone calls & texts for our VIP client phone line
• Greet everyone by name and remember the details of their lives
• Handle purchases, upsells, money conversations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
