Summary/Objective
As account manager, you will be an intricate part of the sales team to help drive the next phase of growth. In this role you will be responsible for managing and implementing strategies and key business relationships with existing and new customers. You will work closely with our customers to strengthen and diversify partnerships. They will manage and execute product launches while researching / analyzing data to drive growth. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional customer service.
Follow Sales Strategy and Execution: Drive new business and sales experience. Plan, develop, coordinate, and maintain relationships with wig shops and salons.- Connect: Generate outbound calls, emails, and virtual customer visits with existing and new customers daily.
- Achieve New Business Sales: Drive organizational growth and profitability.
- Product Placement: Develop product plan for clients based on selling history & potential.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage client expectations and cultivate relationships with continued focus on development of new accounts- Actively and consistently negotiate products in stores to increase market share and meet/exceed sales goals
- Support and utilize all educational tools and resources to improve the client experience and reduce returns
- Execute effective strategies to book clients for education courses
- Custom order management with customers
- Order entry and process returns
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and improve processes, both internally and with clients
- Track and monitor sales trends to react to business when warranted and for planning purposes
- Maintain updated client records
- Identify and qualify lead opportunities
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Travel
Travel required for client visits, seminars, and training
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of successful sales experience
- 2 Years of customer service experience
- Computer experience required
- Beauty Industry Experience Required
- Cosmetology License Required
Work authorization/Security Clearance
Must be eligible to work in the United States of America

Compensation:
$48,000 + Commission = up to $120,000 with growth potential
