POSITION SUMMARY
Azon Medical is looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to join our team! Sitting onsite in our downtown Clearwater office, the Sales Representative will be responsible for building their own pipeline and selling Azon’s Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) kits and medical imaging units to clinics, aesthetic medical centers, and physicians nationally. This person should have proven ability to exceed sales targets. The qualified Sales Representative will have experience with B2B or B2C sales.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, self-motivated, and dependable individual with the drive to succeed in a challenging and fast-paced environment. They will need to effectively generate new business through calling leads, nurturing referrals, and using the existing CRM database.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Identify appropriate prospects from referrals, the existing database, and cold leads
- Set appointments, make qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle from first contact to close
- Manage an active sales pipeline and continuously hit or exceed sales quotas month over month
- Create new opportunities and accounts through outbound telephone and e-mail inquiries
- Uncovering business initiatives and pain points to improve sales processes
- Retain and grow business within our current customer base by identifying opportunities and help formulate sales strategies to drive return and referral business
- Maintaining and updating the CRM for accurate reporting and tracking
- Attend various Azon Medical and Azon partner training events to network and educate prospective clients on benefits of imaging devices
- Excellent time management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
CAPABILITIES/KEY COMPETENCIES
- 3+ years of experience in creating an active sales pipeline and managing sales from first contact to close
- Flexible and adaptable; eager to learn and grow within the organization; open-minded; team-oriented
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience with full B2B sales cycle
- Familiarity with medical terminology and/or previous sales interactions with physicians and other medical professionals is highly preferred, but not required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Travel up to 30%
- Attendance at weekend events as needed
